This children's book is based on a boy names William who loves all sorts of cars. He has any color, and any type you could think of. He builds a high way in his room using the construction vehicles, has police cars and a tow truck in case of an accident, and even has a car that looks just like his mom's.
In this book there was not a very clear central message. However, the book is a very easy read and children who express the same interest in cars can connect with the main character. ( )
