This book is a guide to help adults teach children about friendship. Although, there are many cultures and individual differences, the message is on the importance to be kind to one another and the importance of loving one another for the person on the inside and to not prejudge them by their appearance on the outside. The author, Victoria Tallini-Vega writes a very significant message to teach adults and children the importance of being respectful, forgiving, and loving of each other, because, as the author stated in this book “you and I were made by God to become friends”. Great message!
