Also useful from the non-boss perspective since it talks about both bosses and employees, but mainly it drove home what a great place I currently work. This book is thinly disguised as a narrative starring a guy who asks questions and a guru who answers them, i.e. batter-dipped deep-fried business parable genre. As a story,.. Tonstant Weader needs to fwow up. As a study of great employees, I would first recommend How to Be a Star at Work which actually is a study, eh? As useful tactics for bosses (great employees, care and feeding of) possibly useful, or more accurately that's not my game so I don't have something else handy to recommend. ( )
