Starts off a bit slow, but quickly turns exciting and is a page-turner! On equal to "Jurassic Park". ( ) The Lost World is a mix of scientifical words and dinosaurs. The first half of this book is extremely hard to get through as it is dry and wordy and gets completely lost on the reader. Once the setting changes to Isla Sorna however the book is extremely hard to put down. There however are parts that continue the wordiness yet that is mostly focused on the character of Ian Malcolm. Another thing to mention is the constant changes as to how some of the characters are referred to which can get confusing at times, as well as the technical names of dinosaurs which is not always known. no reviews | add a review
