And the recipes aren't super complicated with a ton of exotic ingredients. They're simple down to Earth and good. ( )I cannot recommend this book highly enough. Simple and delicious foods. It's mostly vegetarian. Healthy alternatives for desserts. We have yet to try a recipe in this book we don't like! We probably cook 3 or 4 meals a week out of this cookbook. The best cookbook for a family with a new baby, or a family interested in reforming their eating habits. Lots of good, wholesome food that is tasty too! I love the lunchbox ideas. no reviews | add a review
