This book can be used as an independent read for second or third grade because of the readability of the text. It is not does not have many difficult words and flows nicely. This text can be used to making connections and connections of events. The book details multiple events occurring and how they influenced Lichtenstein. This book can be used to teach and represent innovation. Roy Lichtenstein was different in his field and how previous works were changed by Lichtenstein and how he was influenced by other artists and styles. It can also be used in forth grade to teach order and sequence text structure because it goes through Roy Lictenstein's life and the order that the events in his life went. It could also be categorized as cause and effect because the book shows how different events in his life led to his success.
