This book is divided into 7 main catagories: People and Places, Nature, History, Science, natural world, science and invention, and sports and leisure. In the very front of the book are Quiz questions for each of the four main catagories along with the answer key. It is a great little section, particularly for homeschoolers, but I couldn't help but wonder why it was in the FRONT of the book and not the back!

The rest of the book is set up in a manner one would expect from a book entitled, "The Big Book of Questions and Answers"----each section is a series of questions with the answers on a different page.

Its a good book for testing what you know...not necessarily the best book for learning something! It is a good starting point though for learning points and then you can supplement with the materials to actually teach those points in a more interesting way. ( )
