A surprisingly sweet romance built around a reality TV program called "Magic Mansion". Normally, I would avoid anything to do with reality TV because it's so sordid, but I really enjoyed reading about Ricardo the Magnificent, Professor Topaz, Kevin Kazan and all the rest of players in the story. I liked this. I can’t say it’s my favorite from JCP just because I adore the PsyCop series and this didn’t flow as well as that. Regardless, this was a cool look into a TV show being made with two characters falling in love on set. It seemed a little too easy, but I preferred that since the story was a long one and the TV stuff was a little drawn out. The extra characters in the story were mostly interesting with only one that I really didn’t like. ( )
