Due articoli del periodo in cui Fusco faceva ancora il giornalista ed il narratore: uno dedicato alle Società segrete collegate con la Carboneria (compreso un ruolo non marginale della Massoneria, ovviamente) e l'altro dedicato alle fortune militari della II Guerra d'Indipendenza, in cui gli Italiani ed il nostro beneamato Re Vittorio fanno una figura da grandi guerrieri. Un buon esempio di divulgazione (ben scritto, chiaro, preciso nei riferimenti) anche se con una visione storica un po' di parte. Peraltro, in quegli anni, ben pochi osavano discutere i pilastri del Risorgimento. ( )
