I bake bread at least once a week and this is one of my top 3 recipe sources. The chapter on sourdough is particularly useful as the author has recipes other that the usual loaves including a sourdough raisin bread and a sourdough skillet bread. I have tried multiple recipes from this book and have never had one fail. ( )
