Book description
Brad Harroldson was a man whose life seems perfectly balanced. He has a new wife, an exciting job he’d always visualized, and a future that appeared to have endless boundaries. He thought he had his whole life ahead of him. But life was about to change in a way he never could have expected.

He was a newlywed that had just returned from Paris France, where he and his wife Gena were about to begin their lives together. But on the way to work the next morning, the rain and a drunk driver’s hallucinations’ altered his visions forever.

After several hours in the operating room he feels his life slipping away and he is soon faced to face with the grim reaper.

The reapers constant condescension and pejorative comments about his life, and the remarks about his wife drives Brad to rage; and the fight is on. After giving the reaper a serious beating the reaper quickly agrees to send Brad back. Only the reaper has the last laugh when he sends Brad into the past; 600 years into the past. Startled by his new surroundings Brad is forced to start his life all over again. With the help of a widowed woman and her five year old daughter, Brad soon realizes letting go of the past and finding the courage to move forward is the only way to give him the peace that he needs to go on.

Maybe in time he will find his way back home; and time is one thing he now has plenty of.
