Creepy Carrots is a fun introduction to a thriller type story for young readers. Jasper Rabbit sneaks into a carrot patch every day and eats the carrots. He soon fears that the carrots are following him and seeking revenge. There is a perfect balance of the element of fear and a comedic outcome that entertains kids and adults alike.
