Excerpts from the book in a frame narrative of an older woman (Redgrave) reading to her children or grandchildren as they ride in a boat to a picnic spot (PS you can't read the whole thing in under five hours). Serviceable but not inspired adaptation. Left out Christmas at Mole's End. My recording was old, so the visuals were a bit fuzzy, but the animation was only fair and the script was mediocre. ( )
