It does a reasonable job of discussing such topics as tone, light, shutter speeds, aperture, etc. However, it has some serious editing problems. There are far too many references to the wrong photograph (figure). There are typing errors, and general sloppiness that I would have expected to have been corrected before the book was released. While it is a slick book, it really needed more proof reading before being sold. There are other HDR books on the market that have the same information with fewer errors, so I would not recommend this book as a first choice for somebody who is getting into HDR photography.
