Books of this nature are never going to give you everything you need to know and I approached it expecting a good introduction into the topic, find something I could use straight away (if I was lucky) and sources to find out more. This is exactly what I got. It is a while since I read it and I can't remember many things that were covered which means I need to go back to it. This is for me the reason I've dropped it to four stars - I simply can't remember enough to be able to use it without referring back. There were one or two things I was able to change immediately about how I work and how I respond to other people and it has been extremely useful for that purpose. Although the book is about teaching in a week, I did find the chapter headings being days of the week instead of numbered days just a bit confusing if you weren't ready to start on a Sunday. I know, it sounds silly but I kept forgetting which day I was on when I was reading Thursday on a Monday. Had it not been for Amazon Vine I would still have acquired this book and I'm certainly pleased I came across it. ( )
