None. None. The book is really visually pleasing and I found a few recipes I'd try but not as many as I had hoped I would find. Some recipes used a lot of processed foods I'd rather stay away from (but would probably be really tasty) and I realize that the whole point is to be able to throw together something quickly and have it ready when you want it. I just think the book could have done without the recipes that used Velveeta and canned soups. There were some recipes that would probably be easier to do on the stovetop or in the oven. There's one for pizza that I saw and the picture didn't look too appetizing and I thought "yeah that's probably not something you want to do in the slow cooker" but hey different strokes for different folks! Overall it was a decent enough cookbook for those who are looking to slow-cook (and not too worried about calories). ( )no reviews | add a review
