This book is a collection of short stories and is described as a graphic novel. It is visually similar to a traditional comic book. It's pages are unfinished in a sense that they are not glossy like a typical picture book. This book is about the adventures a girl and her friend that is a frog. They frog talks, along with the rest of the animals and insects in the story.
I like this book for it's unique humor. For example, one of the short stories describes the frog picking up a piece of what he thought was gum from the floor and giving it to the girl. The rest of the story the two friends contemplate the "gum" actually being a small worm who has coincidently has gone missing.
I also like the informal language of this book because it makes the book interesting and relatable to the targeted audience. ( )
