A little bit all over the place, but this book was good. I enjoyed it but the non-ending was a letdown.

Also, Marta was a bit over the top for me. ( )

This has to be one of the best books I've read in a long time. A man rises from the dead, a woman's child has turned into a "changeling", and another is scorned by the man she nursed back to life. It's a horror/thriller/mystery all in one. Although I feel zombies have been done to death (excuse the pun), this author has brought them to a different level. Only a particular triumvirate of women can save the earth from the evil which is about to be released. The plot was exceptional and the book was written very smoothly so you could stay with each characters story until they finally came together. The characters were brought to life in so much focus that you could literally feel everything they did. Kudos to the author for revitalizing my faith in self-published authors. This is a must read book! ( )
