This is a fun, suspenseful book that talks about a librarian who devours different objects in the library. It begins by stating that she chewed on a word, and throughout the book, one little girl is just dying to know what that word is. This carries the reader through the book waiting to find out too. The illustrations are very vivid and lively, great qualities to capture the reader. ( )
