This book is all about chin-ups, or more accurately about exercising involving a metal pole (excluding dancing) you get chin-ups, dips, leg raises etc. One thing I could not understand is why exactly is there a book on this subject. After all as Bruce Lee said "if you want to learn to punch than punch!" So if you want to master the chin-ups than do chin-ups start with what you can and develop gradually. ( )
