This series. I hardly know what to say, it is not my favorite series ever, it hasn't the cult appeal of Harry Potter, the diversity and relatability of Percy Jackson, nor even the charm and warmth of Mull's own Fablehaven. But. This series is witty, exciting, original, unexpected and just remarkably well crafted. The characters and plot are developed and intricate, and the creatures created are utterly original. I highly recommend this series for the fantasy lover. ( )

i love this book. It was my favorite in all. Quite unexpected i must say but perfect indeed. It was a wonder, Ferrin held true to the end. Great sacrifice for someone like him. Thumbs up Brandon. I wished this series could continue ( )
