James Glaeg gives such a different account of the Norma Jeane that we have heard in the past. It was a delightful read and I really enjoyed learning some truths about the 16-year-old Norma Jeane. It painted a picture of innocence and a youthful Norma Jeane who seemed to have no choice in her pursuit of modeling/acting. It also reinforced my belief of the sad little girl that lived in Marilyn Monroe until her early death. ( )
