I was disappointed. I love Cecelia, but this book was slow and plodding until around the last hundred pages or so. It did finish strong, but I would have DNFed this one had it not been a book club read. ( )

I read this to the halfway point but it was not holding my attention. I didn't like the main character and I lost interest in where the story was heading. Time to move on.

Solid ending. There were moments in the middle that felt too descriptive and deviated from the main point, but overall this was a pleasant surprise. Even if our heroine wasn't always worth rooting for. ( )
