We've now tried 9 or 10 recipes and with only one exception found them very tasty and easy to follow. This is becoming one of the most used cookbooks we've ever owned. We are not "chef-y" and amateur cooks only, but this is giving us an increased range of skills and confidence, without the need for swearing.... ( )
