So much fascinating information and insight packed into this book. I read it quite slowly as I felt like I needed to digest each chapter or two at a time. Incredibly readable yet doesn't skimp on the science. Plenty of interesting case studies and examples. My only complaint is that it could have benefited from more practical advice that the reader could implement in a clearly laid out way. I definitely benefited from reading this but I feel like because the book is so full of information that I wasn't able to take full advantage of it all. ( )
