This is a book about a little boy who has a cold, how he feels, and what he does until he finally feels better. To gave this book a 4-star rating for many reasons. First, I checked-out this book from my local library to read to my two children who hadn't been feeling well for a couple weeks due to colds. They both wanted me to read it over and over - to me that is a sign of a good book, according to a child. Second, for the child beginning to read, sentences are short and easy. Third, for both the child who cannot read and the child learning, the book uses rhyming text, which is usually appleaing to children at these ages. And finally, as I mentioned with my children, it has a topic that children can relate to, espcialliy when they are not feeling well. I recommend this book for my library (medium public library). ( )
