Wonderful, bouncing rhymes propel this funny story about silly Mrs. Jolly Bones who folds all her laundry and throws it out the window. And that's just on Monday. You won't believe the zany antics she gets up to Tuesday through Sunday. ( ) This is a very silly book that rhymes and has funny illustrations for the children to see exactly how Mrs. Jolly Bones does things in her silly/different way. On Monday she does laundry (ironing with a teapot and tossing the clean clothes out the window). On Tuesday she gardens. On Wednesday she cleans the house with the help of her animals and takes a bath in an unusual place in the bathroom. Thursday she goes to the market to get random ingredients to make a stinky soup. On Friday she bakes a silly cake with unusual baking ingredients and a silly way to cut the cake. On Saturday she spends time with her friends. On Sunday she rests with her animal friends enjoying milk and cookies. This book is great for kids and very fun to read. The picture are great for children to point out the unique way Mrs. Jolly bones goes through her week. no reviews | add a review
