Wasn't sure what to expect but this book was really good. I loved how Lucien made Sophie feel adored, precious and beautiful during their many many escapades. The scenes where written beautifully and I just fell in love with the characters. ( )

Sophie Black is bored with her life, her dead end job, and her husband ignoring her. Deciding she needs some excitement she takes a leap of faith and sends her resume off to Knight Industries sealed with a kiss.

The swave Nordic Viking ruler of Knight Industries is Lucien Knight. A quick background check on his new PA proves that not all is well in the Black household. Unable to sit back and watch he decides to take matters and his PA into his own hands, in ways she never imagined.

Enjoyed the book easy to read, sexy. Keeps the pages turning and provides a dose of happy for now.

This book was much more my type of book! After a long dry spell, I was really excited by this book. It wasn't amazing, it was just really good!

I liked how it was more erotic scenes than pornography. They were more flashes, bits and pieces of sex scene than a play by play (play by play sex scenes bore the shit out of me, especially when the book has them jam packed, back to back).

My main issues with this book were that I didn't really like the heroine. The book was good enough, the writing so good that that didn't really matter, I was still able to enjoy the book, but she bugged me. Doormat, ostrich, ridiculous guilt complex... and she wasn't interesting. So, yeah, didn't dig her. And, I hated how the cheating husband was pretty much unconfronted, and his cheating was never really addressed. She just accepts it was mostly her fault (um... okaaaay... yeah, that makes sense) and she just wants the ugliness over, so pleasant good bye to you. It was very unsatisfying! The fucker got off WAY too easily.

It also wasn't a very deep book. There wasn't a hell of a lot goin' on. But it was very well written, very entertaining, and I liked it a lot. ( )
