Excellent characters, mythology, aesthetics, and story-tone in this series. It's constantly charming. ( )

Book 4 and currently the last one printed. :(. I enjoy reading this series. It is very imaginative with lots of mysteries. Kat learns about the Diagos cubes for programming and the year 9 students have moved into sub-aquatic living conditions. The girls have an immense crab as a chaperone. Everyone is starting to think about the opposite sex as something more than the 'other'. There is also a great surprise for everyone at the end of the book. It makes you wonder what the Court is really up to. ( )
