A fun, lighthearted story, the second in the Cindr Ella series. Cinder is a witch who doesn't have control of her powers and doesn't feel like she's a part of the magical community. Especially because she lives in the ordinary world as a baker. But baking is the one place she feels like her magic is the most controlled.

In this second story she's still with Timothy, a man she unintentionally turned into a toad in the first book. But there's a twist in this book - a prince, her betrothed. Turns out her mom was a bit of a rebel who crossed over into the world of the Fae.

Will be reading the next book in the series because this is just a fun series.

This was a really fun read. Cindy is a great character and the story flowed very well. It was a bit like eating popcorn though, I just didn't want to stop. :) ( )
