Catering to a Millionaire is a short story that is a fun and heated read. This interracial, contemporary romance is the first of many to come in the Stir Sticks & Stilettos series. The story is purely for entertainment and offers a quick and satisfying punch of just that. There are no hard issues here except Thad and Janice’s fierce connection to each other. The entire story can be read in one sitting and really provides a quick breakaway. Janice is a capable woman who owns her own business but still believes she doesn’t match up to the clients she serves, in particular Thad Bruno. Luckily for her, Thad is not a shallow man and he sees Janice for her true worth not her net worth. Catering to a Millionaire has colorful and passionate characters, spicy and heated encounters and a truly uncomplicated and fun plot. Nefarious Deeds is another enjoyable novel from the Stir Sticks & Stilettos series by Yvette Hines.

Janice’s service has been catering corporate events for business tycoon Thad Bruno for months and every time she’s in his company Janice’s body heats up, much like the delectable menus she provides. However, being the hired help Janice is certain Thad would never be interested in someone like her. Janice is catering Thad’s last big event of the year, a Christmas Regale, and she knows that once this party is over he will be away for the holidays until he needs her services again. When Thad requests a private audience with Janice her interest is piqued, but she assumes it’s all about business. Later, Thad meets her in the kitchen and he shows her that it’s anything but.
