I thoroughly enjoyed reading "A Deadly Distance" by L.T. Ryan. Jack Noble and his sidekick, Frank, find themselves right in the middle of a Child slavery operation while looking for a local missing boy. Jack becomes famous as he is shown on the nightly news carrying the missing child from a burning mansion. However, this is when his troubles begin.

A Fire Department Paramedic, Sarah, overhears a discussion between Frank and Jack and forces her way to join in on the next mission. The author weaves many twists and turns in the story, keeping the kingpin of this organization secret until the very end. Jack Noble is extremely lucky that he is not killed several times over on this mission, he does, however, bring somebody back from the dead.

An extremely shocking discovery is made at the very end that will make readers jaws drop. Excellent job Mr. Ryan! Keep them coming!

I received a free kindle copy of A Deadly Distance, Jack Noble No. 2 by L.T. Ryan in an Amazon promotion in exchange for a fair review.

I gave this intense suspense-filled thriller five stars. It kept my attention & I read it in one sitting. The pages flew by in my eagerness to find out what happened next.

While there was violence & brutality, it advanced the storyline.
