Carlton Young is THE ideal role model for those who have had hard times and want to recover. His wisdom, humility, background, and sheer history of experiences positively impact all those he comes in contact with. Yet, it is not merely from his experience of having been homeless, or having been a decorated veteran, that he inspires. It is from Carlton's desire to help others, be an advocate for those who have forgotten how to stand up for themselves, and teach people how to believe in themselves again, for that I say he is truley inspirational.

Mr. Young mentored my son. Mr. Young spent long hours with my son taking him to business conferences and speaking engagements. My son was shown that there are other alternatives in life. Mr. Young has a committed and consistent mentoring program. Mr. Young provide support and a healthy relationship for my son by helping him to become competent, confident, happy and successful. Some results were that for the first time in twelve years my son received on his report card two A's and two B's I believe because of Mr. Young's mentoring , nurturing, coaching and his consistency.

Carlton, Your speech was mesmerizing. Your life story of being homeless to being a motivational speaker and entrepreneur is truly one of transformation and change. You inspired me to continue moving forward with my goals and dreams. I will never forget your words "Success Finds A Way". You are truly a living example of that phrase.
