Book description
Originally published under the name "Nancy Moss," the first two installments of the Cliff House series were later reprinted under the name "Roberta Moss" in paperback.

On the journey to Cliff House School Susan began to learn about some of its mysteries: of a strange, aloof Head and of her rascally brother, and of the imminent threat of collapse of the gaunt school building on the cliffs. She began to wish that she had never come to Cliff House, but by the end of an eventful and exciting first term Susan was acclaimed as a heroine by all her new school friends and teachers.
