"You're mine. The minute I told you to spread your legs and you did it, you were mine. When I told you to beg for it and you did, you were mine. When you put your hands behind your back without being told, I owned you. You never had to say a word. You are a natural submissive." No. God, no. Jonathan and Monica's relationship continues to evolve as Monica struggles with what she wants from him and their relationship, especially when it comes to submission. In Submit, we see the strength and the vulnerability in Monica. I loved how Jonathan supported and pushed Monica when she need it. It will be interesting to find out about more of Jonathan's past. There are times when I feel the influence of Shades in this series... Like in how Jonathan apparently has some secret that only Jessica knows and he really, like REALLY doesn't want Monica to know. I hate how everything happened with Gabby, but I felt that Monicas psychological reaction was totally logical considering all the issues that were going around. And Jonathan makes himself know in ways that make you cheer on their relationship even more. ( )

Submit dives more into the relationship of Jonathan and Monica.
Monica is struggle with everything that she believes that she is not. She just can't she herself as a submissive, yet she doesn't want to give up Jonathan either.
Trouble is ensured and a life altering event will effect Monica more than she wants to admit to herself.

I can really say to much without giving everything away. If you want to know what happens, you will have to read it for yourself. ( )
