Loading... Deirdre and Desire (1984)by Marion Chesney, M. C. Beaton (Author)
None. When Rev. Charles Armitage arranges a marriage for his third daughter Deirdre with the fabulously rich fashion plate Harry Desire, she decides to rebel because she is in love with someone else and thinks Desire is an idiot. When her plans go awry, she begins to suspect that she may have underestimated him. This is a charming series and this is my favorite book in it. no reviews | add a review
