In his usual witty and insightful manner, Wilson takes a selection from Peter and walks us through it, pointing to Christ the whole way. I appreciate the way he speaks with comfort to pastors, and with clarity as well. He does not mince words about the great task it is to pastor a church, nor about the great God who equips us to do that. He reminds us that our justification, our right standing, is found only in God, and not in anything we might do or say. I

The book is short and easy to read. It is thoroughly expository, and is helpful for all ministers. ( )
