This was an entertaining surprise that I accessed through my phone when I unexpectedly finished the book I was listening to from the library while commuting to training. It spans the life of a man from the age of 28 to 80 or so as he unwittingly becomes engaged in an outrageous experiment to combat overcrowding of the world's population. The overall premise is that nothing could be done to stop or limit people reproducing. There are of course disasterous effects, manifested over just this one lifetime that spell doom for humanity. Enjoyed the thought process, and the fact that it is a self-educated everyman that can bring humanity back from the brink. Worth a listen/read for fans of dystopian fiction. ( )
