Thank you to Keris Marsden, Matt Whitmore and Nourish Publishing Company for the privilege to read The Paleo Primer: A Second Helping early released for an honest review;

As a paleo aficionado of over a decade now, I am in love with the headway paleo cookbooks are beginning to make in the market and I had to jump at this book as soon as I saw that it was up for review. I was not disappointed in any manner!

I feel this book is not only straightforwardly helpful for both the paleo beginner and the paleo old-soul (who feels they've been here and done that so many times over). I love the layout of each page and how it gets you feel active, involved, and looking in every corner and box to see what new tibits, recipes and advice are being offered up with each new turn of the page. The recipes are delightful and so was the walk through. I will be picking this up and getting a few copies for friends! ( )

Basic principles and recipes. Note British bias in recipes, and illustrations. For example, the seafood sections mentions several fish seldom seen in Western US.
