An excellent introduction to Christian meditation by Fr Laurence Freeman, a Benedictine monk and director of the World Community for Christian Meditation. If you are from a different spiritual tradition e.g. Buddhist and want to find out about meditation within a Christian context, this is a great place to start. ( )
