This book was pretty amazing.

Cons:
1) Yes, as others pointed out the ... every 5 seconds got annoying, but I just skipped over them and acted like she talked quickly.
2) Also, there were certain sentences literally written pages away from each other that mean the same thing. Example: Rosa struggled when she lost a patient. That was explained more times than necessary.

Pros:
1) Sooooo many emotions! Oh my god! There were so many cringey (in the best way) moments! I'm not sure if anyone will know what that means, but basically things that were so typical high school or too perfect, or just awkward, but in the best way. I love books like this!!!
2) The characters were pretty amazing. Mallory was a frustrating, but still likeable. Rider was every typical high school girls dream lol. Jayden... ugh, I just really loved that guy.
3) This book didn't gloss over difficult topics, but it still had a lot of funny moments. It was a good mix of the best things in life and the worst.
4) I read the last 250ish pages in a few hours.
5) Her speech. Enough said. ( )

This is a super sweet young adult romance. This storyline really brought out the feelings in me, but it's definitely aimed toward a younger audience. Mallory and Rider were abused foster kids together. She got out of the system when a great couple adopted her. He didn't get adopted, but there are people in his life that care about him. This story addresses a lot of what someone faces growing up. There are consequences to every decision. It's a growing up, life lessons, sweet romance type of read. ( )
