Now if you've read his other books then this is a three star review. Lots of information can be taken from his other two books which help institute the process better than his one.
If you only have this one to choose from then grab it, but if any of the others are available then I'd recommend one of them over this one for it tends to tech the methods more than just relay the practices that work. ( )
