Book description
Cake and pudding ideas for every day of the year
Full colour throughout
All recipes double tested
Cook's tips and step-by-step instructions throughout.

    Cooks Tips:
  • Both metric and imperial measures are given in the recipes in this book. Follow one set of measures only as they are not interchangeable.
  • All spoon measures are level unless otherwise stated.
  • Microwave cooking instructions are given for some of the recipes in this book. When using these, please note that HIGH refers to 100% full power output of a 600-700 watt cooker; Medium refers to 60% of full power; LOW refers to 35% of full power.

If your microwave power output is lower than 600 watts, it may be necessary to allow longer than recommended. IN any event you should always check food before the end of the cooking time, to ensure that it does not overcook.
