This book is a quick overview of procrastination. The main theme of the book is to just do it. He points out how we make ourselves feel better by stating we will do it tomorrow, but the joy of the statement is fleeting because when tomorrow comes we try to push things off again. ( )

A book by an obscure Canadian academic who's got something good to say. Tauted as a one-hour read, it was actually 2+ and the reader could easily determine that he was trying real hard to withold the details. Nonetheless, it was good advice and the thesis is "Just Do It"...good advice in any event. ( )
