QUICK, SIMPLE STEPS FOR IMPROVING YOUR MEMORY & CONCENTRATION
This booklet is great for anyone who is short on time and likes simple, concise pointers. Very short... Doesn't go into much depth, so if you are looking for mega info to totally change your life, this isn't the book for you. However, it does have some nice points to follow and integrate. It's a good starter book! ( )

This guide to memory and learning was very effective. The author gave valuable tips that were easy to understand and will be easy to practice. I plan to use these techniques with my students. The only concern I have is that in the description of the book help with OCD was mentioned. This area was not explored in depth and should not be listed. Otherwise, a good, quick, easy tip book. ( )
