Not bad. Phoebe's mother is ill with cancer. When she is asked to speak in English about something important to her, she tells the class about her mother. Her speech is so impressive that her teacher suggests she join the debating team. On the team she meets Jagath who is very cute and very smart. Phoebe discovers though that she has a knack for coming up with arguments for both sides. Her biggest problem seems to be her father's reaction to Jagath - he is Indian and not Greek.
Great for any kid who is doing debating and has the old "should uniforms be compulsory" topic. ( )
