4 STARS

I enjoyed Spy for a Spy. If you are a fan of I Spy you will like this second novel too. You don't have to have read the first book to enjoy Spy for a Spy.
Though a lot of the characters you do first meet in I Spy.

Spy for a Spy does not have as much humor in it as I Spy. The subjects it deals with are deeper darker. Like terrorists, sexual misconduct in the office.
Treason and lies.

Talia is so used to lying with her work it hard for her to be open in her personal life. She is trying to plan her wedding to Danny and work.
She works for the CIA stationed in Canada. Her office is shaken up and her partner and her boss have been stationed at embassy. Her new boss is Vince or Brand.

Brand is a ex-boyfriend she had dated when she first joined the CIA. It did not end well. Now Brand was her new boss and everything she has worked hard for might be taken away.

Talia feels alone with no one she can really trust. Her old boss is being watched. Elliot is having personal problems. He is not sure he can help her.

Danny's mother is in town. She not happy with Talia she prefers Danny's old girl friend.

I really like the latter part of the book but I won't say why here.

The setting for the book is Canada in CIA office.

I was given this ebook for purpose of reviewing it.
