This book was a book full of pictures that were taken of real firetrucks and fires. It is very appropriate for a young audience. This would be a good book to use for career week or anytime there is a public service study. It would allow the children to learn about a variety of firetrucks rather than ones that are area specific. Seymour Simon books are great for the classroom because the real-life pictures. The publisher website is not as good as others; however there is a video library, a blog, and you can purchase books from the website. The website is: http://www.chroniclebooks.com/.
