This series does very well at exploring the emotional fallout Luke and Leia have after the events of A New Hope.

This series does a horrible job of representing what the classic character's roles are in this era. I understand if they want to ignore the books and comics, but there are things that character's do that seem to completely conflict with who they are in the films. Why is Leia an X-Wing pilot, why is her relationship with Mon Mothma so full of conflict? I get the sense that this is coming from a great comic book writer who doesn't really know and understand Star Wars. I appreciate the exploration of the character's physiological and metal state, but do not enjoy shaking things up just to shake things up. ( )
