Being an interesting, if flawed, record by a band that was beginning to decline. The two singles, "Wishful Sinful" and "Touch Me" were a little less popular than their singles heretofore. That's not necessarily a condemnation of their quality, of course, but they are very orchestration-driven and rely a little less on the group's considerable lyricism. The title song, their obligatory long-form surrealist psychodrama, is just a bit less compelling than its predecessors. As limited as it was, this group in third gear would have made my top-10 for any year in the last fifteen. ( )
